This year's professional development workshop is Change Management Black Belt presented by The Knowledge Academy.
A particularly relevant topic for safety professionals who are responsible for implementing new policies, procedures, controls, and safety initiatives while influencing stakeholders across an organization. It focuses on practical frameworks for successfully driving and sustaining organizational change.
Learning Outcomes
-
A working knowledge of the major change models covered — Lewin, Kotter, ADKAR® and McKinsey 7-S — and when each applies
-
An understanding of individual and organizational resistance, and strategies to manage both
-
A structured approach to stakeholder identification, engagement, and communication planning
-
A shared vocabulary for discussing change across departments and levels of seniority
The Knowledge Academy provided a great group rate for SEHSA members, a course that's usually $3,295 per delegate.
