The SEHSA 2012 Spring Conference will be held in Albany, NY!  As past exhibitors know, the SEHSA Fall Conference is an excellent venue to highlight products and services and network with university environmental health and safety professionals!

The conference committee has worked hard to provide excellent social and networking opportunities for conference attendees and exhibitors!

CONFERENCE DOOR PRIZES
Once again, SEHSA will be using the popular "Exhibitor Visit Card" to encourage attendees to visit each of the exhibitors.  The card will allow attendees who have their card initialed by each exhibitor to be entered into drawings for door prizes.  The use of this card has proven to be a popular method of encouraging interaction among the exhibitors and the attendees.

The success of the "Exhibitor Visit Card" is directly related to the quality of the door prizes that are available to the attendees.  Each exhibitor is encouraged to donate items for drawings that will take place throughout the conference.  For each item that is donated, please attach a business card to the item so your company can be recognized for donation in front of the conference attendees.  If you would like to donate an item(s), please drop your door prize(s) off at the conference registration desk.

Exhibitor Rules and Regulations


Exhibitors can register online and pay by credit card or completing a exhibitor registration form and pay by check.
 
A confirmation of receipt of registration form will be sent. Full payment must be made before booth assignments will be issued. All exhibitors will receive booth assignments by mail approximately March 10, 2012. Space assignments will be made by the SEHSA Conference Committee. The SEHSA Conference Committee reserves the right to make final determination of space assignments in the best interests of the Conference. Registrations will not be processed or booth space assigned without the required payment.

Exhibitors are encouraged to register early in order to get their choice of booth location and to maximize the amount of exposure for their company. All paid exhibitors will be listed on the Spring 2012 Exhibitors webpage.

Booth selection is based on order of registration.  Register early in ordr to choose the best location for your booth!
