The conference committee is tentatively planning on the following social events:
|

- Monday night tailgate party - Buffalo is known for is avid sports fans, so come and join us for a Buffalo style tailgate party. In addition to some great food, we’ve planned some special sporting events to get those competitive juices flowing. We’ve seen you in action at Lake Placid. Now it’s time to compete in downtown Buffalo. We have a host of events planned, which are sure to make for a fun evening with your colleagues.
- Tuesday casino night - We’re bringing back casino night. If you recall, casino night was a big hit a few years ago in Corning. Join us for a fun night of games of chance (using play money, of course) and hopefully take home a gift from the Chinese auction.
- Niagara Falls tour - Join a group for a 3 hour tour of one of the natural wonders of the world. No need to bring your passports as this tour only goes to the American side of the falls. There is a trolley service (hop on and off) that takes you to the various lookout points and other attractions – cost is $2.00). If you’ve never seen the falls, don’t miss this opportunity.
- Buffalo city architectural tour - Buffalo is considered an architectural museum with outstanding examples of buildings by famous architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright, H. H. Richardson, and Louis Sullivan just to name a few. Join us for a three hour guided bus tour of Buffalo’s treasures, as well as the Buffalo State and University at Buffalo (south) campuses and our developing waterfront, home of the terminus of the Erie Canal.
