You must register and pay online using a credit here.

Registration deadline of March 20, 2012.

Full refund given for cancellations by midnight on March 20, 2012. A 25% refund will be given for cancellations between March 20-27, 2012.  No refund will be given for cancellations after March 27, 2012.




Online Payment Instructions


Upon selection of an item you will be redirected to the Paypal website, to register for multiple items, select "continue shopping" at the Paypal website and continue to select all items you would like to register for using the "Add to Cart" button.  

When you have completed registering, then select "Proceed to Checkout" at the Paypal website where you can either log in to a Paypal account or pay by credit card.  To pay by credit card, click on "Continue" link under "Don't have a Paypal account" and above the credit card pictures (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover).  Please note, you do not need a Paypal account to process this transaction.

At the PayPal site, please CONTINUE through ALL of the screens until you are returned to this webpage to complete the order.  Failure to do so could result in your registration not being processed.

Fundamentals of Biosafety  
Part 1 - Sunday, April 1, 2012, 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Part 2 - Monday, April 2, 2012, 8:00am - 12:00pm

Includes professional development workshop registration, Sunday afternoon break, and Monday breakfast and morning break.   Does not include fall conference registration, breaks, or meals.


Registration is limited to 30 attendees each day.

For guests of conference attendees - includes conference registration, Monday afternoon break, banquet dinner, Tuesday breakfast, breaks, and lunch.  Does not include breaks and cannot attend program sessions or professional development workshop.
