Registration deadline of March 20, 2012 or until all exhibitor tables are filled up.


Full refund (less a $100 administrative fee per booth) given for cancellations before March 20, 2012. A 25% refund will be given for cancellations between March 20-27, 2012.  No refund will be given for cancellations after March 27, 2012.

Online Payment Instructions


Upon selection of an item you will be redirected to the Paypal website, to register for multiple items, select "continue shopping" at the Paypal website and continue to select all items you would like to register for using the "Add to Cart" button.  

When you have completed registering, then select "Proceed to Checkout" at the Paypal website where you can either log in to a Paypal account or pay by credit card.  To pay by credit card, click on "Continue" link under "Don't have a Paypal account" and above the credit card pictures (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover).  Please note, you do not need a Paypal account to process this transaction.

At the PayPal site, please CONTINUE through ALL of the screens until you are returned to this webpage to complete the order.  Failure to do so could result in your registration not being processed. 






 
Exhibitor Conference Registration = $250

Includes conference registration for one person, Monday afternoon break, banquet dinner, Tuesday breakfast, breaks, and lunch.  Also includes one table in exhibitor area.

Does not include Professional Development Workshop.


You must register additional people (above the one included) who will be at your table using the Paypal button below for Additonal Exhibitor Registration below.



ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE REGISTERED.


  Additional Exhibitor Conference Registration = $175

Includes conference registration for an additional person with another registered exhibitor.  Includes conference registration for one person, Monday afternoon break, banquet dinner, Tuesday breakfast, breaks, and lunch. 

Does not include Professional Development Workshop.
