Please note, you can pay for more than one person at a time using the paypal button. 

If your payment is for multiple people,  please use the paypal button to pay for those people, and then complete the member template with the member's contact information and send it to webmaster@sehsa.org.



 



Request An Invoice
If you would need an invoice before paying for memberships, then please complete the membership template and send it to webmaster@sehsa.org, along with a note requesting an invoice.  A Paypal invoice will then be sent to you to pay by credit card.  If you would like to pay by check or PO, the please download the membership application below.

If you would like to pay by purchase orders, organizational checks, personal checks, and money orders, then please download the membership application on the left. 






View your cart and check out.  Please note you will be redirected to the Paypal website to complete the transaction.  At the PayPal site, please CONTINUE through ALL of the screens until you are returned to this webpage to complete the order.  Failure to do so could result in your registration not being processed.



Online Payment Instructions


Upon selection of an item you will be redirected to the Paypal website, then select "Proceed to Checkout" at the Paypal website where you will have a choice to use a Paypal account (box on the right side of the screen) or pay by credit card (on left side of screen - click on the "continue" link just above the credit card logos).   Please note, you do not need a Paypal account to process this transaction with a credit card.

If paying by credit card, you will be asked to enter in your contact information and credit card number (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Paypal accepted).  The name and billing address associated with the credit card must be used for the Paypal transaction.  If you are registering someone else, then you can enter in the member's name and contact information in an online form that you will be redirected to after you complete the Paypal transaction.
